The Dynamics of Wisdom in Administration

The administrative look of a business, company, or organization determines a whole lot of things. Administrative exigencies go far beyond taking critical decisions and extend into many other facets. In the likes of systematization, planning, directing, controlling, and so on. Each of these administrative responsibilities and others contributes to the total success or failure of an administration. So none of these administrative constituents should be taken lightly in order to achieve an optimal aggregate result. It is likewise important to note that there is a dynamic and wisdom in administration such that every administrative responsibility comes out at its best and with brilliance.

It was by God’s administrative wisdom and dynamics that creatures and all other entities at creation were created, positioned, and versioned. The book of Job is such a book that provides us with a lot of the demonstrations, mechanisms, and workings of God’s administrative wisdom and its dynamics. The dynamics of the wisdom at creation are such that if an inch or even less is added or removed from the balances of creation, things will go haywire. Wisdom plays a very important role in any administration.

Meanwhile, our focus in administration isn’t on creation but on humanity. One of the most important aspects of the dynamics of wisdom in the administration of humanity, apart from critical decision-making, is the handling of complex and complicated issues. The way such complex and complicated issues are handled is the dynamics, while the action taken in such circumstances is the wisdom.

Let’s briefly look into the administrative dynamics of God’s wisdom in the garden of Eden, especially after man committed the sin of treason. Although the repercussion of man’s disobedience came to pass, yet God uttered some other words that was totally shredded in wisdom.  Those words are seen in Genesis 3:15 which says “and I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.”   Unknown to man, God was working in wisdom for man’s eventual and total deliverance from the enemy.

In the meantime, for us to greatly and fully comprehend the dynamics of wisdom in administration, we will inevitably source and not reference it to God, the Almighty. It is He who oversees more than a billion souls, innumerable numbers of angels and animals, the visible and invisible non-living things, and so much more without any loss, not even at its very least. He ensures all things perform as intended and decided. He is the only wisdom behind the world’s( both the visible and the invisible) administrative performance and outcome.

Alright, we needed to take that short route because I felt I needed to relay that truth. We will then be looking at how the dynamics of wisdom in administration played out in humanity. God’s administration over humanity has moved from being enjoyed and administered by priests, people, kings, prophets, and nations to all individuals.

Let’s look into king Solomon’s administration. Solomon offered a thousand burnt offering unto the Lord in Gibeon. God then gave Solomon an open ended offer to request for who he desires. His request is seen in 1 Kings 3:7-9 which says “[7]and now, O LORD my God, thou hast made thy servant king instead of David my father: and I am but a little child: I know not how to go out or come in. [8]And thy servant is in the midst of thy people which thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude. [9]Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?”

And then God granted his request. Not long after his quest was granted, an issue arose such that the way to resolve this issue is by a  discerning and an understanding heart. The complicated issue was between two harlots fighting over a living child. 1 Kings 3:27-28 proclaims that “[27]then the king answered and said, Give her the living child, and in no wise slay it: she is the mother thereof. [28]And all Israel heard of the judgment which the king had judged; and they feared the king: for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him, to do judgment.”

In this new testament dispensation, He who is much greater than Solomon has come and left us with the Comforter, who can do as much as he could if he were still with us bodily. Jesus gave us the promise of the Father and the Holy Spirit. By the Holy Spirit, Jesus can reside, reveal, and communicate with each and every one of us. His residence in us is to the end that He achieves and actualizes the dictate and template of God’s kingdom in and through our lives.

And one of the many ways He does it is through His administration of the levels of access into the spirituals as revealed in 1 Corinthians 12. Its verse 4 to 7 says “[4]now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. [5]And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. [6]And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. [7]But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.” The first 3 emboldened words are the dynamics of the last emboldened word.

The dynamics of the wisdom of the Holy Spirit's administration, as seen in the above scripture, are fully captured in the rest of the verses in that same 1 Corinthians 12. The essence of all this is to ensure that none of us is neglected or of no importance. I really love what verses 21 to 27 say.

It reads “[21] the eye cannot say to the hand, "I don’t need you!" And the head cannot say to the feet, "I don’t need you!" [22] On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, [23] and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty, [24] while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it, [25] so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. [26] If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. [27] Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it” (New International Version).

In essence, all the parts are essential for a complete and perfect function. Looking at our individual human body, when the slightest part of it is not at ease, the whole body feels the pain, despair, discomfort, or things like that. And likewise, in reverse, the whole body is at ease and functions well. Exactly the same applies to us being members of the same body and Christ being the head of this body; this is one of the many dynamics of the wisdom of God’s administration at work in and amongst us.

There are many other ways in which the administration of the dynamics of this wisdom works in business, organizations, churches, and so on. It likewise works with people who are mandated to coordinate a large number of people in different spheres of life.

Thanks for reading and God bless you.
